என்னுடைய இரண்டாவது நாவல் ‘ஊச்சு (The Fear)’  அமேசான் தளத்தில்  ஈ-புத்தகமாக வெளியாகி இருக்கிறது என்பதை பகிர்வதில் மகிழ்கிறேன்.

கதைச் சுருக்கம்

ஜாஸ்மின், நகுல், சுமித் மற்றும் மனிஷ், நால்வரும் நெருங்கிய நண்பர்கள். ஆவணப் படம் எடுப்பதற்காக மர்மங்கள் நிறைந்த மேல்பாறை நோக்கி பயணப்படுகிறார்கள். அந்த காட்டின் அமானுஸ்யத்தை அவர்கள் முழுவதுமாக உணர்ந்துகொள்வதற்குள், ஒவ்வொருவராக காணாமல் போகிறார்கள். இன்ஸ்பெக்டர் அர்ஜுன் அவர்களைத் தேடி சென்னையிலிருந்து புறப்படுகிறார். ஒருபுறம், நண்பர்கள் தொலைந்து போனதைப் பற்றி ஊரில் ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒரு கதை சொல்கிறார்கள். மறுபுறம், மேல்பாறை போலீசாரோ ஒத்துழைக்க மறுக்கிறார்கள். எல்லா தடைகளையும் மீறி அர்ஜுன் மர்ம முடிச்சுகளை அவிழ்க்கிறார். ஆனால் வழக்கு மேலும் சிக்கலாகிக் கொண்டே போகிறது. மேல்பாறையின் மர்மங்களை தேடிச் சென்ற யாரும் உயிருடன் திரும்பியதில்லை என்பதை அறிந்தும் அர்ஜுன் தொடர்ந்து துப்பறிகிறார். அறிவியலுக்கும் அமானுஸ்யத்திற்கும் இடையே நடக்கும் மிகப்பெரிய போராட்டத்தில் சிக்கிக்கொண்ட அர்ஜுன் பிழைப்பாரா? நண்பர்கள் உயிருடன் திரும்புவார்களா? மேல்பாறையின் மர்மத்திற்கு முற்றுப் புள்ளி வைக்கப்படுமா?

Synopsis:
A gang of friends on a weekend trip, due to unforeseen events are forced to spend a night in an eerie palace in a dense jungle. Though they refuse to accept the bare truth on grounds of logic and reality, they very soon realize that the place is haunted. But, they are late. They start losing their friends one by one. They are never to be seen outside the jungle again. Soon, cops start investigating about the lost friends but in vain. Arjun, a young smart cop take up the responsibility and enter the jungle to probe. Not only do he uncover the gore realities of the jungle one after the other, he find himself trapped in the maze. But, the unrelenting cop solve the case finally, only to find that there are lot more to reveal.
